Puppy
It was love at first sight. When Puppy entered her life, he was coming from an environment where he was mistreated, and presented some behaviours that, doing the best she knew at the time, she commited to solve. After doing her best with what she had available (TV shows, books, and her own natural sensitivity with animals), she ended up starting a journey in the Dog Behaviour and Training area, that took her to places and experiences she couldn't imagine at the time.
Sammy
Sammy arrived to their lives in an even more unexpected way than Puppy. On her way back home from the Dog Breeding Course (that she was finishing at the time at CCVL - Centro Canino de Vale de Lobos), there was this puppy in the middle of the road. 5 months and a half at the time, she saw a dog with an unmatched joy. There had been a while that she was talking about how much she would like to have a puppy... one day. Well, there he was!
WOW Puppies was born from an immense love for dogs, and from the interest to know more about them and how to improve their life experience with us, as part of our families.
Marta Gomes, the founder of the brand, since little always had a great connection with animals, specially dogs. Lassie, her family's first dog, lived with her for 15 years, since she was 4 years old, and was her life companion.
Four years after seeing her leaving, and when she was already working, Puppy showed up, an adult dog, looking for a new home.
Since 2015 had the opportunity to work with more than 1 hundred dogs, and many animal species, in the most varied ways.
